  • 45 g raisins, preferably sultana
  • 40 g pomegranate seeds, thawed from frozen or fresh
  • 4 g fresh mint, coarsely chopped

Snacking tray – Hummus, feta cheese and pomegranate

A variety of contemporary flavours on a small tray is a perfect complement to a drink, as an appetizer or as a bar snack.

  • 1 Polarbröd Large Soft Thinbread
  • 70 g hummus
  • 70 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 45 g raisins, preferably sultana
  • 40 g pomegranate seeds, thawed from frozen or fresh
  • 4 g fresh mint, coarsely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Do this

  1. Spread the hummus on the thin bread, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  2. Mix the feta cheese with the raisins and sprinkle over the bread. Spread pomegranate seeds and mint evenly over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the whole surface. Roll it tightly together lengthwise and wrap it in plastic.
  4. Store the sandwich roll in the refrigerator until serving. When serving, decorate with an additional sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and sultanas.
