We’re sorry if something was wrong with your bread. Your feedback is very important to us — it helps us get better. Thank you for reaching out! Please fill in the form below. At the bottom, you can optionally upload a photo. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to help you.

Please keep the bread and its packaging until you hear back from us, as we may need them.

Product complaint

  • Stamped on the packaging (L + 8–10 digits)
  • Max. file size: 30 MB.
  • To be able to handle your case, we need to store your personal data (name, address, email address, phone number). The personal data will be stored digitally, and only authorized personnel will have access to it. The personal data will be retained while we process your case and will be deleted afterward. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but we need it to be able to complete your case. You have the right to withdraw your consent (to be forgotten). You also have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected, and to restrict or object to its processing.
