Polarmetoden™ means that the bread is shock-frozen immediately after coming out of the oven, according to Northern Swedish baking traditions. As we freeze our bread directly, we do not need any preservatives – and your bread has as much freshness, flavor and nutrition on the breakfast table as it had when it left our bakery. Thanks to this process, we can also bake larger quantities at the same time, with less energy consumption and less waste. All the while, the taste and freshness of the bread is maximized.
