Ingredients

  • 1 Polarbröd Rye Plate
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4 marinated artichoke hearts, halved
  • 2 mozzarella balls
  • black pepper
  • fresh basil
  • olive oil

Do this

  1. Brush the Rye Plate flatbread with olive oil, top with sliced tomatoes, onion, the artichoke halves and slices of mozzarella.
  2. Cook in the oven at 250 degrees for around 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  3. Top with fresh basil and freshly ground black pepper.
