Whole grain sandwich with roasted pepper and chèvre
- 2 Polarbröd Wholegrain Round
- 10 g chèvre cheese
- 10 g cream cheese
- 2 slices smoked ham
- 1 pieces roasted pepper
- sliced cucumber
- Mix together the cream cheese and the chèvre, then season to taste with salt.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on all the Wholegrain Rounds.
- Assemble four Rounds with the toppings, finishing with a Round on the top.
