Whole grain open sandwich with creamy egg salad
- 1 Polarbröd 100% Wholegrain
- ½ hard-boiled egg
- 2½ cm cucumber
- 10 ml crème fraîche
- ¼ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ small pot chives
- salt and pepper
- crunchy lettuce
- chervil and shiso cress for a garnish
- Mix together chopped eggs, chopped cucumber, crème fraîche, lemon juice and chopped chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the crunchy lettuce on the Wholegrain Rounds, and top with the egg salad.
- Garnish with chervil and shiso cress.
