White Polar pizza with onion
Polarbröd Rye Grand
- 1 Polarbröd Rye Grand
- 1 yellow onions
- 25 ml crème fraîche
- 1 mozzarella balls
- fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, oregano or tarragon
- a few slices of red onion
- Peel, slice and fry the onion in oil over a low heat until golden brown. Leave to cool.
- Spread the crème fraîche over the semicircles and top with the cooled onion and torn mozzarella.
- Cook in the oven at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Top with fresh herbs and perhaps a little thinly sliced red onion.
