Vegan Colour Bliss
Colourful fusion of sesame-fried vegetables together with the chunki-ness of peanut butter and sunflower seeds. Crispy, delicious and 100% vegan.
- 1 Polarbröd Soft Thinbread
- 15 g pepper strips
- 15 g carrot batons
- 15 g courgette batons
- 25 g pak choi, cut lengthwise
- 3 small romaine lettuce leaves
- 35 g peanut butter
- 8 g peanut butter
- Stir-fry the vegetables rapidly in sesame oil; they should retain their crispness. Allow the vegetables to cool.
- Spread peanut butter on the wrap.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves, vegetables and toasted sunﬂower seeds over 2/3 of the wrap. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Roll up!
