Ingredients

  • 1 Polarbröd Rye Grand
  • 30 g plain cream cheese
  • 30 g grated mozzarella
  • 10 g rocket
  • 30 g air-dried ham
  • 10 g pine nuts
  • 2 g clear honey

Do this

for two sandsiches, cut the bread in half.

  1. Mix together the cream cheese and half of the grated mozzarella
  2. Lay out the bread on a worktop with the smooth side upwards
  3. Spread the cream cheese over the bread
  4. Add the ham, and sprinkle over the rest of the mozzarella
  5. Top with the rocket and pine nuts
  6. Drizzle with the clear honey
  7. Wrap and place in the fridge
  8. Serving suggestion: Remove the wrapping. Cook the sandwich in the oven at 175 °C for 8-10 minutes, until it begins to brown and the cheese melts
