Sandwich with chicken and lemon
- 2 Polarbröd Rye Round
- ½ chicken fillet
- 25 ml mayonnaise
- ¼ lemon
- black pepper
- Grill or fry the chicken and slice it. Mix the mayonnaise with juice and zest from the lemon and season to taste with some black pepper.
- Spread the mayonnaise over four Rye Rounds, top with chicken and plenty of watercress, then grind some black pepper over.
- Add a few strips of lemon zest if liked, and place another Round on top.
