Polarbröd Wheat Round with goat’s cheese and figs
Polarbröd Wheat Round
- 1 Polarbröd Rye Round
- 2 figs
- 50 g goat’s cheese (chèvre)
- ¼ tbsp finely chopped rosemary
- ½ tbsp honey
- Freshly milled black pepper
- Turn the oven to 250 degrees centigrade.
- Slice the figs and the cheese and place on top of the bread. Sprinkle with rosemary and drizzle with honey, adding pepper to taste.
- Grill for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and has some colour. Garnish with rocket leaves.
