Open sandwich topped with salmon and egg

Do this

  1. Mix the cream cheese with cut cress and a little salt
  2. Spread the Rounds with the cream cheese mixture and add the mache lettuce and salmon on top.
  3. Fry the eggs over a medium-high heat “sunny side up”, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top the sandwiches with the eggs. Serve with a green salad for a complete lunch.
