  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped cress
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 cheese slices
  • cucumber slices

Do this

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the cress, saving a little cress for a garnish.
  2. Spread the creamed cress over the Rye Round, add lettuce leaves, cheese, cucumber and tomato.
  3. Finish with a little cress on top. If there is any creamed cress left over, serve some extra alongside.
