Open sandwich topped with creamed cress, cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber
- 1 Polarbröd Rye Round
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped cress
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 cheese slices
- cucumber slices
- tomato slices
- Mix the cream cheese with the cress, saving a little cress for a garnish.
- Spread the creamed cress over the Rye Round, add lettuce leaves, cheese, cucumber and tomato.
- Finish with a little cress on top. If there is any creamed cress left over, serve some extra alongside.
