Mozzarella, basil and tomato
- 1 Polarbröd Rye Round
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ small ball mozzarella
- ½ small tomato
- ½ handful basil leaves, shredded
- Spread cream cheese on the Rye Rounds.
- Slice the mozzarella and tomato and arrange the slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with shredded basil.
