Hot-smoked salmon open sandwich
- 1 Polarbröd Wheat Round
- 25 g cream cheese
- ¼ punnet garden cress
- ¼ lemon
- 50 g hot-smoked salmon
- herb or similar, e.g. various kinds of cress
- Mix the cream cheese with cut garden cress and the juice and zest of the lemon, then season to taste with salt.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the Wheat Rounds, and top with pieces of salmon, your chosen herb and perhaps a little more lemon zest and cress.
