Serve with a nutritious drink for a healthy snack!
- 1 Polarbröd Soft Thinbread
- 200 g chickpeas, of well drained
- 75 feta cheese
- ½ celery stalk
- ½ carrot
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- ¼ red onion
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Juice from a lemon
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper
- Salad leaves
- Chicken (optional)
- Blend the chickpeas and the feta into a course paste (or mash with a fork).
- Finley chop the celery and slice the carrot lengthways (using a vegetable peeler). Coarsely chop the coriander and the red onion.
- Mix everything with olive oil, lemon juice and chilli flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the bread with the mixture, adding some salad leaves and/or sprouts. If you prefer, also add chicken.
- Fold into a wrap. Serve with a nutritious drink for a healthy snack!
