Goats’ cheese pizzas with fresh figs
- 1 Polarbröd Wheat Round
- 40 g goats’ cheese
- 8 g honey
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp fig preserve
- ¼ pear
- ¼ resh fig
- cress, perhaps shiso or atsina cress
- Brush the Rounds with olive oil and crumble over the goats’ cheese.
- Top with honey and cook in the oven at 250 degrees for around 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Top with fig preserve while the pizzas are still hot. Garnish with wedges of pear, sliced fig and cress.
