BLT on Rye Round
- 2 Polarbröd Rye Round
- 100 g bacon
- 1 tomato
- ¼ crunchy lettuce
- 10 ml mayonnaise
- Fry the bacon and allow it to drain on some kitchen paper.
- Slice the tomatoes. Spread mayonnaise on all the Rye Rounds.
- Layer lettuce, tomato and bacon on two of the Rye Rounds and place the remaining Rounds on top.
- Divide each sandwich in two before serving.
