Ingredients

  • 1 Polarbröd Large Soft Thinbread
  • 2 g olive oil
  • 170 g mashed potato
  • 50 g pepper-smoked mackerel
  • 30 g cosmopolitan lettuce
  • 20 g sliced red onion
  • ½ green apple (sliced)
  • 20 g sriracha mayonnaise

Do this

Tip! To make it a bit easier, you can heat the bread in a microwave or on a griddle

  1. Make the mashed potato
  2. Heat the mackerel to a warm temperature
  3. Place the bread on a work surface with the dark-baked side downwards
  4. Brush with olive oil
  5. Add the mashed potato
  6. Followed by the shredded lettuce
  7. Then add the warm mackerel
  8. Top with the sliced apple and red onion
  9. Drizzle with the sriracha mayonnaise
  10. Roll up like a wrap with the opening upwards
  11. Serve immediately
