Avocado and tomato open sandwich
- 1 Polarbröd Wholegrain Oat
- ½ avocados
- ¼ tbsp vinegar
- ¼ lime
- tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ red onion
- herb or similar of your choice, e.g. cress, preferably with a spicy flavour
- Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and add vinegar, lime juice and a few drops of tabasco sauce. Mash together with a fork and season to taste with salt.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges and chop the red onion.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the Wholegrain Oat Rounds and top with chopped red onion, tomatoes and your chosen herb.
