- 2 Polarbröd Organic Rye Roll with Linseeds
- 5 g dried funnel chanterelles
- 150 g mouldable soya mince or other vegetarian mince
- 1 slices cheddar or similar cheese
- 25 ml mayonnaise, preferably flavoured with jalapeño
- crunchy lettuce
- ¼ tomato
- ¼ red onion
- ¼ white globe onion (pickled in a 1-2-3 pickling solution)
- Grind the funnel chanterelles to a powder and mix with the soya mince. Divide the mince into four and shape into burgers
- Fry or grill the burgers and immediately top with cheddar cheese so that it melts a little.
- Use one roll piece as the base, then add mayonnaise, lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced red onion.
- Top with a burger and a little pickled onion, and then place the other roll piece on top.
