Open sandwiches with cucumber salad and cheese & mozzarella and tomato
One sandwich, halves of each variety.
Polarbröd Wholegrain Oat
- 1 Polarbröd Wholegrain Round
- 13 g cucumber
- ¼ tbsp sprouts
- ½ tbsp cream cheese
- a few leaves of crunchy lettuce
- 13 g mature cheese
- ¼ ball buffalo mozzarella
- ¼ tomato
- fresh basil
- olive oil
- black pepper
- Slice the cucumber thinly using a mandoline, then mix with sprouts, olive oil and black pepper.
- Cut the Round into two halves.
- Top half of the Wholegrain Rounds with cream cheese, lettuce leaves, sliced cheese and cucumber salad.
- Top the remaining Rounds with slices of tomato and mozzarella, garnish with basil and drizzle with olive oil.
- Grind some black pepper over the sandwiches before serving.
