Falafel, feta, chilli peppers & mash

Bread recommendation
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Large Soft Thinbread
- 2 g olive oil
- 170 g mashed potato
- 50 g sliced falafel
- 30 g crumbled feta cheese
- 30 g shredded cosmopolitan lettuce
- 20 g hot tomato salsa
- 20 g whole chilli peppers (2-3)
Do this
Tip! To make it a bit easier, you can heat the bread in a microwave or on a griddle
- Make the mashed potato
- Heat the falafel
- Place the bread on a work surface with the dark-baked side downwards
- Brush with olive oil
- Add the mashed potato
- Followed by the shredded lettuce
- Then add the hot falafel
- Followed by the tomato salsa and feta cheese
- Top with the chilli peppers
- Roll up like a wrap with the opening upwards
- Serve immediately
