  • 2 g olive oil
  • 170 g mashed potato
  • 50 g sliced falafel
  • 30 g crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 g shredded cosmopolitan lettuce
  • 20 g hot tomato salsa
  • 20 g whole chilli peppers (2-3)

Do this

Tip! To make it a bit easier, you can heat the bread in a microwave or on a griddle

  1. Make the mashed potato
  2. Heat the falafel
  3. Place the bread on a work surface with the dark-baked side downwards
  4. Brush with olive oil
  5. Add the mashed potato
  6. Followed by the shredded lettuce
  7. Then add the hot falafel
  8. Followed by the tomato salsa and feta cheese
  9. Top with the chilli peppers
  10. Roll up like a wrap with the opening upwards
  11. Serve immediately
