English Breakfast Polarbröd style
Polarbröd Rye Grand
- 2 Polarbröd Rye Grand
- 2 cans white beans in tomato sauce
- 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 tsk rapeseed oil
- 2 tsk finely chopped parsley
- 400 g sausage
- 2 avocados
- 4 sundried tomatoes or fresh grilled tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Warm the beans. Fry the mushrooms in oil; season with salt and pepper and mix in the parsley.
- Fry the sausage and slice it into smaller pieces.
- Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Cut the avocado into slices.
- Fry or scramble the egg; season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the bread into smaller pieces and toast it. Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy!
