Ingredients

  • 2 Polarbröd Rye Grand
  • 2 cans white beans in tomato sauce
  • 200 g fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tsk rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsk finely chopped parsley
  • 400 g sausage
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 sundried tomatoes or fresh grilled tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Do this

  1. Warm the beans. Fry the mushrooms in oil; season with salt and pepper and mix in the parsley.
  2. Fry the sausage and slice it into smaller pieces.
  3. Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Cut the avocado into slices.
  4. Fry or scramble the egg; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the bread into smaller pieces and toast it. Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy!
