A childhood favourite for grown-ups too.
- 1 Polarbröd Soft Thinbread
- 40 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 2 tsp icing sugar
- ½ small banana, peeled and sliced
- Caramelised sunflower seeds (optional)
- Mix together cream cheese, cocoa and icing sugar.
- Spread evenly on the thinbread. Sprinkle with caramelised sunflower seeds (optional).
- Top with sliced banana. Fold the thinbread and place on a baking tray. Bake at 175 °C for about 6 mins. Cut into four pieces and serve.
